Talent Show

This year's show will follow on the heels of several successful shows from previous years and serve as the climax to a weekend full of fun, faith and fellowship. We are looking for diverse talents from all over to take part in our show.

2. Name of Act:
3. Type of Act and Duration:
   (please include the name of all who would be performing for group acts)
4. Please attach a short movie clip (no more than 5 minutes or 5 MB)
   or audio clip (.mp3 or .wav) of the act or a link to a website where these are viewable.
